hanselPRO is open to verified UK-based bathroom professionals - including installers, designers, developers, and contractors - who purchase and install Hansel Stone products for their clients.

We calculate your total annual spend (excluding VAT) on Hansel Stone products. Based on your rebate tier, we issue a rebate - either as a bank transfer or a credit note with a bonus.

Rebates start at 5%, with higher tiers unlocking up to 12.5%. The full tier breakdown is shared once your hanselPRO application is approved.

We reserve full rebate details for accepted professionals to protect the integrity of the program. hanselPRO is designed for serious trade partners who value long term relationships and quality.

Rebates are paid annually in January, based on your total net spend in the previous calendar year. You can choose:

• A cash rebate via bank transfer.
• Or a credit note with an additional 2.5% bonus for future orders

No - once you're registered, we track your eligible spend through invoices or trade accounts. We may request proof during routine audits, but the system is designed to be low-effort for professionals.

As a hanselPRO member, you'll gain access to:

• Priority access to new or limited-run Hansel Stone products
• Made-to-order options including bespoke colours and finishes
• Early previews of new collections not available to the general public

Yes. There are no membership fees or contracts. Simply register, install Hansel Stone products, and earn based on your annual spend.

We'll review your application within 1 working day. If approved, you'll receive:

• Full rebate tier information
• Access to trade-exclusive benefits
• Eligibility to begin earning immediately

No - your rebate is calculated based on your eligible spend from the date you join hanselPRO through to 31st December of that calendar year.
Rebates do not apply retroactively to purchases made before your registration date.
